Completing Tier Four Circuits quest also completes "EV Circuits" quest

When I completed the Tier Four Circuits quest, I also received notification I had completed the quest called "EV Circuits", which I cannot see anywhere in the questbook. I'm possibly missing it, but I think it might be something hidden somewhere.
