To lessen the pain of players that haven't yet learned that IV macerators are called "Blend-O-Matic"s.
For example, maceratorAny for macerators, and so on.

I think this has sort of been addressed by way of SoG at this point, since machines now follow a more standard naming scheme. The current exception is EV machines because of a glitch but we should be able to correct that with CraftTweaker if we can't get it to work in SoG itself.

We've done this a little bit for the purposes of making certain quests less annoying, but we haven't ore-dicted every variant of every machine. You can always look up uses of a known version of a machine to see the list of every tier on the left sidebar.

Another option is to just add tooltips to the higher machine tiers, eg: IV Macerator or LuV Compressor.
