I had item filters in my hand and SHIFT+scrolled the filters into an item conduit. The game crashes every time and voids the filters. I have lots of item conduits connected, so this might be part of the issue, but I'm not sure.

This is fixed in the latest version. Your game is crashing due to weird interactions between EnderIO conduits and MouseTweaks, specifically because there is a redstone conduit in the bundle you're trying to access.

Please update to the last version of the pack. It's now available on CurseForge.
