Reported earlier in Discord:

Players migrating from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 after having progressed to MV already are unable to complete the new LV Fluid Extractor quest without crafting an LV one specifically.

Right now the workarounds are:

• craft a lower-tier machine you don't intend to use
• force-complete the quest via command
• cheat in an LV one to clear it then delete it.

Consider ore-dicting the machine to allow an MV or HV one to qualify, though it could be confusing for newer players to have machines cycling through in the quest book. If there's a way to have quests asking for a single item out of a set of items for completion, that might be preferable, but given the way we have been doing it I suspect that might not be an option.
