Seems like the buff upped the energy per tick. The modular machines HV input cannot handle this, which was recommended in the quest book. Ev input only does 16k too, so it jumped up atleast two tiers.

Yeah, looks like no one thought to update the questbook with it. As for the input... maybe a small energy efficiency buff of 17500 -> 16000 to make it EV. Can't fit it into the old HV tier, however - it is after all producing 5x the oil, so more power needed is to be expected.
