The End Game tab's HSS-E ingots quest (ID: 586) becomes available well before it's possible to make HSS-E.

Currently gated behind Vacuum Freezer, but should also (or instead, really) be gated behind HSS-G coils (ID: 313) because those coils are required sufficient EBF heat.

Also affects HSS-S (ID: 588) which depends on Vacuum Freezer, but as with HSS-E, it should be dependent on HSS-G coils (ID: 313).
