Damien intended for Osmium to be smelted, so the EBF recipe (and consequently the Hot Ingot) are redundant. We should remove the EBF recipe, the Vacuum Freezer recipe, and the Hot Ingot from JEI so players aren't confused and use the Furnace recipe as intended.

I had changed my mind on this point after discussion with the team a bit back, and the compromise is reinstating the EBF recipe for osmium but making it a short duration.

As we just discovered, it was EnderIO adding the furnace recipe all along. Seems that change was never intentional.
