Crafting LV machine hulls in an assembler consumes the circuit, ouch..

updated from 1.0.2 to 1.0.4, and my autocrafting recipe for hulls only crafted 1 and the rest didnt craft, went looking and noticed the circuit was gone from the assembler, put in a new circuit then noticed it got consumed by the craft. Thats a big OUCH

tested with LV hulls, which consume the circuit.
tested with MV hulls, which do NOT consume the circuit,
tested with HV hulls, which do NOT consume the circuit.
