The "Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Substrate" quest should have an additional prerequisite for the carbon fiber quest or the boron quest, since you can't make fiber-reinforced epoxy resin sheets without either carbon fibers or glass fibers (made from borosilicate).

We don't really see a need for a quest here, as it is very simple for the player to look in JEI and find the two routes and then decide between them, and we don't want to be too hand-holdy at this point. The player is supposed to know how to look through JEI and find the options available to make the end product, especially since we tell the player what machine to look at recipes for. In addition, adding a dependency quest would make the dependency lines criss cross several other quests, and introduce more confusion to a crowded section of the quest book. In addition, both the Carbon Fiber quest and the Boron quest are required quests, meaning that the player will have to complete both of them, which renders an OR quest worthless when both the prerequisite quests have to be completed.
