This dynamo is super important for power generation over a large portion of the pack but somehow we forgot to add a quest for it.

Materials-wise, it depends on grains of infinity and vibrant alloy. It could make some sense to relate it to the Resonant Clathrate quest as well, but that might be a little weird since there's no hard dependency between them. Food for thought.
