Recipe conflict for making glowstone plates with Cutting saw

Description:
There are two very different sets of recipes for using the cutting saw to making glow stone plates shown in JEI.
Where as one uses 16EU/t for 10 secs(Using water) and another uses 30EU/t for 78.4 seconds

Expected Behavior:
Only one set of recipe is shown.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Search in JEI for the recipe of glowstone plates
  2. See there are 6 recipes in total

99% sure this is due to Shadows of Greg adding in the recipe needlessly and updating the mod will fix it in 1.3.

This is a weird issue, because attempting to remove the 30 EU/t recipes using standard removal syntax instead removes the 16 EU/t recipes and leaves the 30 EU/t Recipes. In addition, I cannot find this recipe when I boot up an instance with just SoG (2.13.0) and GTCE (1.9.2.515), so I am not sure where the recipe is coming from.
