This is because the NC tiny clump and the GTCE nugget Share the same oredict, and the GTCE packager takes oredicted inputs. In 522d4b5 there was a recipe added to the packager that turned NC tiny clumps into the full NC isotopes, so there is a recipe conflict between the GTCE oredicted recipe, and the added NC recipe. Easy solution is to wipe the oredicted GTCE recipe and only specify the nuggets, but the enitre NC/GTCE nuclear isotope interactions could use a revamp.
