Players not familiar with NuclearCraft may opt for vanilla cobblestone generators, or even hold off on fully automating a cobbleworks until the Igneous Extruder becomes available.

The Infinite Cobblestone Generator is an extremely useful block for feeding a cobbleworks, but it isn't obvious that it exists. Players often learn of it from talking to other players or they happen to stumble across it in JEI.

Since this recipe only requires some water/lava buckets and plates, it would be sensible to put it in the early game tab. I'm thinking it could come before Snad, since macerating the cobble down to sand is a good way to get enough sand without having to go dig up a beach. The prerequisites for creating it should all have been met by then as well.
