Description:
A)EnderIO Dark Steel upgrades like Naturalist's eye and Apiarist's Chest/Helmet/Pants/Boots are available, yet pointless as bees and treebreeding is disabled.
B)Dark Steel Upgrade "The One Probe" and the Probe item from TOP is available, I suspect this might be intentional however.

I agree, let's remove the upgrades that are not useful.

The TOP items as far as I know are not intentional; they're just kind of there. It would make sense if we configured the pack to need the items for the tooltip to display, but we have it enabled by default.
