We don't want arbitrary conversions between NC and GTCE versions of isotopes.

Right now there's a bit of an inconsistent handling of NC and GTCE isotopes that results in overlapping or inconsistent recipes and it's confusing for players. I'm going to come up with a consistent set of rules for how these need to work so we know how things are supposed to work in the future:

• The only conversion point from GTCE to NC will be via the Thermal Centrifuge. Care must be taken to not inadvertently convert GTCE items into NC ones through other means, like compacting drawers (e.g. GTCE blocks to NC clumps).

  • In the interest of curbing dupe loops, we should remove the tiny clump of Thorium 230 and the tiny clump of Uranium 235 from the Thermal Centrifuge recipes for Thorium Dust/Ingot and Uranium 238 Dust/Ingot, respectively.

• Where applicable, the Cutting Machine will accept NC blocks to turn into GTCE plates.

• The Fluid Extractor will accept both NC and GTCE items. Where applicable, it will produce the corresponding GTCE fluid. For isotopes with no matching GTCE equivalent, a unifying ContentTweaker fluid will be produced instead.

† Plutonium 244 is only obtainable from GTCE Fusion and is only useful for the Naquadah fusion recipe. Pu244 solidifier recipes should be removed except Stabilized Plutonium and GTCE Pu244 items hidden from JEI. Fluid extraction should remain for Pu244 items though, in case someone happened to make them not realizing they're worthless.
†† Converging into one fluid is fine because unlike earlier isotopes there's no way to TC it back to NC clumps.

• The Fluid Solidifier will always solidify GTCE isotope fluids into corresponding GTCE isotope items, or Stabilized items via the ball mold. ContentTweaker fluids will only produce Stabilized items via ball mold.
