This switch would make the end game require way less dragon data models thus helping a bit on the waiting times.
Also, according to pr #605 you guys want to make solidified experience automatable, so this change would also benefit peaceful players now.

100% agree, noticed this before but forgot to bring it up. I genuinely believe this is a mistake tbh, and should be swapped.

I am fairly sure the recipe has been that way since at least 1.2.1, but you do make a good point. I believe it's either been mentioned to me or I noticed it before at some point.

Players are also likely to have far more ET matter than Hellish on hand so it could be a boon, but changing the recipe would also be a little strange for players upgrading who have it encoded.

It would definitely be a boon, however considering the amount of data you need... I think you definitely are going to want to still supplement it with models, just less of them now.

I also think that anyone attempting to use that recipe knows how much of a joke it is, and would breathe a sigh of relief that it's sensible to use now.

Changelog is a fair warning enough imo, if you don't read it before updating, it's kinda on you. A few people being minorly inconvenienced for a very positive thing in the long run is a worthy tradeoff as I see it.
