Description:
The large plasma turbine can't recognize the fuel and has been running for one round.
This bug also appeared in 1.2.0
Expected Behavior:
Large plasma turbines should be able to identify fuel
Steps To Reproduce:
Run a round of large plasma turbine, fuel exhausted shutdown, restart the game, not archive, large plasma turbine can not identify fuel

Out of curiosity, are you running the modified GTCE jar found on discord, and do you have any Feral Flare Lanterns nearby?
The modified GTCE jar is linked to from Discord, but the link is here Guide: Installing Unofficial Fixes and solves several known issues with GTCE v1.8.4 which the pack still uses.
One such issue fixed is ghost lights like Feral Flare Lantern blocking turbine operation because they are not properly considered air, and turbines are only able to operate with air in front of them.
