This will actually come when we update GTCE, as they introduced a cable coating tier system, where certain tier cables and above have to use different coating materials.

yeah this is why i opened this issue. i was trying out the GTCE dev branch and ME covered cables only had a rubber recipe, while every other cable had the three tiers of rubber (or less depending on voltage tier)
