I'd like the Refined Circuit Recipes that use SoCs to make 8 circuits rather than 4, to better reflect the recipes for microcircuits' and nanocircuits' increase in output for the same recipes

I'm leaning towards agreement with this suggestion but I'd like feedback from @OmnifactoryDevs/devs before we go forward with it. By the point in the game you get to SoC wafers the t1 circuits are already practically free, and it does seem unusual that you get four rather than one, given that the other recipes give 8 and the base recipes for all circuits give 4 starting with Refined.
