Solar Panel Quests Are Not Visible In QuestBook

If you build Solar Flux solar panels, starting with Tier 1, you get the notification that you have completed a quest, but they are not visible in the book.

We are having the same issue on our server. Running Version 1.1.0. Also the followup quest with Solar Tier 2, 3 and the one for "Augment: Isentropic Reservoir" are not visible.
