Add a Fluid Canning recipe for Bottle o Enchanting

Currently, the only way to make bottles of enchanting for the XU2 creative energy source (for which you need about 5,000) is with EIO tanks, that are only able to fill one bottle per second roughly. Yes you could parallelize them, however it would be great QOL if you could just use a fluid canner from GT, would be much much faster. I believe it takes 320mb of liquid XP for one bottle.

This is an interesting one, because we would have to check if it is actually 320 mb for one bottle of enchanting. As normally there are 3 bottles/bucket, at least in the case of water, which there is no way to divide cleanly from 1 bucket into 3 bottles, meaning that there would always be some remaining liquid, which could be considered a fluid dupe.

An easy test would be to put one bucket of liquid XP into an EIO tank and see how much it used up filling a bottle.

I'm not terribly concerned with having tiny amounts of leftover XP given that DML matter can be eaten or fluid extracted for levels and the player ends up with millions of the things anyway just playing the pack. We could make it need 334mB which would be slightly annoying but ensures no net gain, if we can also assume that liquid xp per level in an obelisk is a flat amount of fluid even though the experience required per level is drastically more as you go up.
