While players can probably find them in JEI, I think for completion it would be nice to have quests for these items as well.

We have quests for the other two boules, so a Naq one will complete the set. For the wafers, players often forget about or mistake which tier SoC and ASoC circuit recipes become accessible.

These don't have to be too intricate, mostly just pointing out benefits of using Naquadah wafers over other ones (as well as them being required for SoC and ASoC wafers), and indicating via quest dependencies that while they can be engraved at EV, SoC-based circuits need an LuV assembler for all recipes whereas ASoC needs ZPM.

A slight complication, the SoC based circuits do not need an LuV assembler for all recipes, just the last circuit recipe that the SoCs can make. It is only the ASoC that requires a ZPM assembler for all recipes.

The placement of the SoC and ASoC quests also depends on the resolution of #645 and the placement of the eventual Naquadah-doped boule quest, because both SoC and ASoC require Naquadah-doped wafers.
