Because Naquadah was altered to cook in a standard furnace, HSS-G Coils currently have no relation to Naquadah ingots. This results in some wonky quest progression.

Because we have the dependency on HSS-G coils from Naquadah, players are forced to make them to progress in the quest book, even though there is no actual dependency on them. Crystal circuits on the other hand do require at least HSS-G coils and we have no dependency link there.

In the pack scripts we have a note indicating that Naquadah is normally a 5400K heat / 8000 EU/t EBF recipe, and I think it would be sensible to fix this progression issue by switching them back to the EBF recipe. Since players are accustomed to quickly cooking them in a furnace, I think it would be fine to engineer the recipe to have a reasonably low base duration (but we still want overclocking to matter somewhat).

Note that the Naquadah Boules require HSS-G coils and a Naquadah ingot, so we could just simply uncouple the ingot and the coil quest by making the ingot not require the coil in any manner, but also adding a quest for the Naquadah boule dependent upon both the ingot and the coil quest

However, if you make the naquadah boule quest depend on HSS-G coils, it still kind of doesn't make sense because you can just straight up jump from tungstensteel coils to naquadah coils without ever touching HSS-G coils in OF coil progession, which would lead to either making an OR quest from either Naquadah coils or HSS-G coils.
