There are assembler recipes with lower tier pipes and pumps that create higher tier pipes like Ultimet that effectively transmute ingredients. Since you can reprocess these pipes back down into their material, it creates a problem just like #436 (battery alloy transmutation).

To fix this exploit we should either remove the remove the assembler recipes, or remove the ability to reprocess pipes into raw materials. Of the two I believe the former is preferable.
