The LV Assembling machine is first mentioned on page three "Early Game" of the quest book.
The ME Conduit quest, on page two "The Beginning" requires an Assembling Machine to craft the ME Covered Cable subcomponent.

Ideally, the player should be able to complete the quest pages in order, without being forced to skip ahead. If that is not possible, there should be additional pointers for the player indicating the required path.

That said, the ME conduits are not required for advancement (no crafting or quest dependency). So its more a QoL item. The player may just ignore the quest until ready to build out a larger AE network.

Possible options:
A. Add a hand craft recipe for the ME Covered Cable
B. Change the quest to only require ME Glass Cable, and add a ME Covered Cable quest to page 3
C. Add the LV Assembling quest as a prereq for the ME Conduit quest, and add some quest description
D. Rearrange the quests, moving the Assembling machine to page 2
