This would be useful for players who want to recycle capacitor banks later for crafting or just make them stack better when they relocate them

If this hasn’t already been added past 1.2.2, it would be useful to add similar recipes for all tiers of jetpacks as well, since it only accepts an empty jetpack to upgrade

Eutro added a recipe for resetting jetpacks a while back as part of a larger commit to address NBT issues. It's also possible to craft in Extended Crafting tables with many items now and it will ignore unrelated NBT tags, it's just AE2 that treats them like different items.
