Draconium recipe conflict

The 2 recipes for Hot Draconium Ingots (dust + 2b CB Diesel = 1 hot ingot, 4 scales + dust + 8b CB Diesel = 4 hot ingot) conflict, making the scales recipe unusable.
the ore is lacking recipes, too. if i silk touch the ore i can just melt it in a fluid extractor and skip a lot of stuff
