This may have started in a previous build, I only noticed tonight when my coal and blaze rods were noted to have been used up.

Description:
Sugarcane is no longer growing at a rapid rate with snad/redstone conduit.

Expected Behavior:
Previously the redstone conduit set to output a signal would give constant block updates to the snad causing rapid sugarcane growth allowing a good portion of the base steam and ovens to be run off of a few snad and some sugarcane.

Steps To Reproduce:
Place snad near water, attach redstone conduit by placing next to it and setting it to output with/without strong signal.

Redstone conduits no longer constantly update the block they're attached to (it was a bug), now you have to use something else such as DarkUtilities' timer, vanilla redstone clocks, XU2 redstone clock and similar.

As mentioned above, the Redstone Conduit no will no longer tick the Snad block with no input signal. This is due to Ender IO fixing some issues with Redstone Conduits in one of its recent updates that was merged into the devleopment branch. If there is an input signal provided, it will tick the Snad, but not if you just place it against the Snad.

There are viable replacements such as Dark Utilities Timers, which can go down to a pulse every 10 ticks, a Vanilla Observer clock, or other redstone clocks that are in the pack.

The conduits still work, but you need to put a sersor filter in them now. Forget the laggy and slow timers and clocks...
