Description:
When the Ender Dragon is killed in the End, it's currently dropping a disabled item called 'Fragment of Midnight' from the ArmorPlus mod. (armorplus:midnight)

Expected Behavior:
If it's disabled in JEI, it should not be dropping from the dragon.

Steps To Reproduce:
Get an end cake, Kill the ender dragon.

This is a know issue, but since the Ender Dragon does not have a loot table, we cannot remove the drops through LootTweaker. I was working on something with crafttweaker that I might be able to finalize to remove certain drops from the Ender Dragon, but otherwise this is a minor issue.
