Potential conflicting reactor recipe using phosphorous dust as input

Note: if you need general tech support for things like server configuration, Discord is a better venue. Please open an issue only if there is a clear bug with the pack or if you have been asked to by one of the Discord staff.

Pack Version:
741f132

Description:
Phosphorus dust is the input into two recipes that have the potential to conflict and waste phosphorous. When 4x Phosphorous dust is combined with oxygen, you get 14 Phos Pentox, but 2x Phosphorous + water + oxygen makes Phosphoric acid.

This leaves potential, if you're not careful with limiting inputs, to accidentally make pentoxide when you intend to make phosphoric acid. If both recipes are intended, adding a circuit to delineate them would resolve this.

The workaround, for now, is to use limits on input filters, and go via the pentoxide route to avoid the waste (the end result is the same amount of phosphoric acid.

Expected Behavior:
The recipe shouldn't be able to conflict, either via a circuit, or removal of one of the two paths to phosphoric acid. (the two paths do seem redundant)

Steps To Reproduce:
Examine the products of chemical reactor recipes using Phosphorous dust as inputs.

Crash Log:
didn't crash, no log :P

This is a known issue with a forthcoming fix from GregTechCE/GregTech#1492.
