Redstone not having the dustRegular oredict makes it rather annoying when automating ore processing.
This would improve automation and be consistent with pretty much every other dust in the pack.

I think this should be added to GTCE instead of exclusively Omnifactory. Its merely an oversight because of how Redstone is handled by GTCE’s material system. Thanks for spotting it
