AE Crafting stops when PackagedAuto is hooked up

Pack Version:
omnifactory-dev-d45e6fb-client
Description:
AE system stops importing finished items from GT machines that were being pushed in to attached Interfaces. Items are essentially sitting in the interface and never imported. Basic crafting that is done by molecular assemblers also stops. As soon as the connection between the AE system and the PackagedAuto blocks is cut the system returns to normal without any issues. The only this that works without stopping the AE system is the Combination Package Crafter.
Expected Behavior:
AE system should be running like normal when PackagedAuto setup is connected
Steps To Reproduce:
Other than hooking up a packagedAuto setup to the AE system, I'm npt sure how else anyone would replicate the issue.

PackagedAuto and PExC machines support channel pass-through like other full-block ME network devices so it should not be necessary to connect every single one of them. There are some known peculiarities with ME Conduits connecting directly to full-block devices, so I would suggest that for each of these setups you step from an ME conduit into a fluix cable (or any variant thereof from AE2 itself) which then attaches to one device.
The other thing to try is breaking and replacing the security terminal (though you will need to re-link your wireless terminals if you do so).
If neither of these suggestions resolve the issue, please report it directly to PrototypeTrousers at the PAE2 GitHub.
