There's a few issues with the use of Neutronium, specifically the GT variant of it.

Some GT recipes take Neutronium plates, but only accept GT Neutronium plates, not More Plates ones. Not the end of the world, they can both be made, but are not interchangable.

The neutronium frame (used in UV emitters and field generators) doesn't have a recipe. It can only be dyed. Those components are used in T9 micro miners, thus rendering T9's uncraftable. In the end, this isn't a "blocking" bug because T9 micro miners aren't strictly required for progression.

Lastly, the T9 micro miner uses a UV Field Generator, which alone costs about 12 neutronium (if the frame recipe were to be fixed), and only returns about 25 neutronium. It could probably stand to give a little more back, although that isn't strictly required either.

neutronium plates can now be crafted into each other. only other option would be to hunt down and remove and replace all GT recipes with GT neutronium plates, since it doesn't accept the oredic version.

neutronium frames are now craftable.

T9 micro miner's outputs are boosted a bit.
