Description: Enabling JEI search filter causes dark squares for slots in other tabs of the Dark Steel Anvil.

Expected Behavior: The search filter should only darken slots for the currently active tab.

Steps To Reproduce:

• Create a new world
• Give yourself a Dark Steel Anvil and Dark Steel armor set
• Equip the armor set
• Double-click JEI search to enable filter mode
• Open the Dark Steel Anvil screen

This sounds like a rendering bug in either JEI or EnderIO. There's nothing we'd really be able to do on our end to fix it besides updating mod versions once they fix it.

It looks like the JEI filter is erroneously rendering slots from the other tabs, which I would guess has something to do with how EnderIO coded their anvil GUI.

I would recommend reporting this to EnderIO to see what their take is on it, and if they are sure it's not their problem maybe then report it to JEI.
