Description:
In JEI, machines not present in Omnifactory but are in GTCE, such as the Metal Bender or Replicator, have recipes shown.

Expected Behavior:
Only machines used in Omnifactory have recipes shown in JEI.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open JEI 2. Find a plate and press R 3. See metal bender recipes in JEI

I was under the impression that we were already hiding the categories for machines that are completely removed from the pack, so I'd have to look into this a bit. Removing entire categories from JEI is not too onerous, but since GTCE automatically registers thousands of recipes for items based on material properties, it is not sensible to try to spot-remove every recipe that isn't directly used in Omnifactory. We are only really interested inremoving or adjusting the ones that have a direct effect on progression.

This is a rare bug that causes hidden JEI tabs to appear, and seems to be on the JEI side. Restarting the game makes the tabs go away.

If you have a way to reliably reproduce the bug, please reply so I can re-open this issue.
