I'd suggest changing the Storage Drawers setting B:keepContentsOnBreak=false to true. B:enableTape=true could also be set to false for good measure since the first setting renders it useless.

Having to use tape to move drawers around doesn't add anything to the gameplay and it can be disastrous to break a full drawer, or worst, mistakenly taking a lumber axe to a collection of drawers.
