There are vanilla GTCE Mixer recipes for Small and Tiny piles of Black Steel. These recipes need to be removed to avoid possible circumvention of intended progression.

We should also check to see if this problem exists for any other customized alloy dust recipe, and ensure that the corresponding deconstruction recipes produce the right outputs in the right ratios.

I've gone through every tiny pile's recipes(used autoclicked and moused through jei) and can confirm the only one that allows circumvention of progression is Black Steel.
