Migrate to the latest GTCE version

Pack Version:
0528c83
Description:
CraftTweaker giving exceptions running scripts with the latest GTCE release, I went through those and tried annotated several lines. See https://github.com/ChromaPIE/Omnifactory/commit/0c86a0cab4a168b30939fa830e0fb64686f8ed58. Scripts go without errors now but I'm not sure if therea are mistakes killing intended tweaks.
Moreover, the latest GTCE contains a couple of improvements, making descriptions in at least one quest, that's Some Starter Tools, deprecated, since tools shown as an example in recipes no longer has a material name (Darmstadtium, Aluminium, etc.) before the tool name. Hammers are just H,a,m,m,e,r,s, not Darmstadtium Hammer or whatever.
Expected Behavior:
Omnifactory would be migrating its stuff to newer GTCE releases.
This is a bit of an odd one to wake up to.
Just to clarify, the development version of the pack is already using the latest version of GTCE. I was involved in getting that release together, and we updated to use it here back in early October (#809).
If you want to update your instance, I would suggest referring to the Playing On Dev guide.
Invalid issue. That's kind of expected considering that you're not at all intended to update mods in the pack on your own. Sure, you can, but it's not an issue that should ever be filed on the pack side because it's a modification from you.
As for your "expected behavior", well... GTCE hasn't really had any major changes, and certainly not anything that you listed, since it was last updated in the development version of the pack anyways (#757). There's only been 5 commits on GTCE since then. Current version is 1.17.1, and the dev version is on 1.17.0.
