LibrarianLib issue after server migration

Description:
After migration the server to another hosting, players disconnect from the server after a few moves or cannot connect to the server at all.
Expected Behavior:
Players must be able to enter the world and play normally
Steps To Reproduce:
Copied server files except backups and logs onto new hosting. Start parameters stay same
Crash Log:
No crash, but errors.

Some players cannot connect at all with same errors.
The problem remains for the newly generated worlds.

After disabling mod librarianlib and hooked (cause hooked depend on librarianlib) - problem solved, but no hooks in the game and some script errors
How fix this without disabling librarianlib? Nothing changed in files, configs, just another hosting
A few questions/things to note:
First, I strongly recommend you update your snapshot if you're running a server: we've added some important security updates since October when your snapshot was made to help prevent the Log4Shell vulnerability, as well as the usual sorts of development progress.
Second, is this issue reproducible if you remove the mods that were added?
Third, if you transferred from one hosting service to another and used FTP for it, I suspect that the mod jar file may have corrupted during transfer. It's a notoriously unreliable protocol for sending stuff.
