After reloading the world, the control panel configuration is lost.
I'm not sure if it has been fixed in the latest version (GTCE)

What version are you on? I'm assuming 1.2.1 or 1.2.2. If so, please upgrade to the Redux release of Nomifactory or the Development version to fix your issue. Be aware that the development version will break some of your setups, and if you're on 1.2.1 you should load your world in 1.2.2 Redux first.

1: pulsating dust may need to be re-encoded in stored recipes
2: you need to rebuild your microminers, oil rigs and cryo towers (0 resource cost)
3: the basic sulfur -> sulfuric acid recipe now gives hydrogen, which can clog your system
4: high tier cables now need high tier rubber to cover
bonus round: if you have some GT resource blocks stored in enderchests, they might get id swapped.
