Description:
Recipe for LuV machine casing in Assembling Machine is missing integrated circuit. You are able to craft LuV machine casing without integrated circuit.

Expected Behavior:
Eight lumium plates with integrated circuit with configuration 8.

Steps To Reproduce:
Place 8 lumium plates in assembling machine.

There isn't a recipe that conflicts with the Lumium Casing recipe (such as frames, mold blanks, trapdoors, etc.), so it doesn't need an integrated circuit.

Thank you for taking the time to report what you believed to be a bug. As @smudgerox mentions, a circuit is not needed to disambiguate the recipe in this case because there are no conflicting recipes. It will craft properly even if you have that circuit present for the other casing recipes in your assembler.
