All large turbines currently are unusable due to a bug preventing the controllers from detecting fluid in the input hatches. This is a known issue in certain GTCE versions and should be fixed in later ones. Updating should fix the problem.

Using latest version, it's still broken. Large Steam Turbine with full tank, and it doesn't register fuel amount. :(

Same here. I'm on 416 and it still isn't detecting. Not really sure how to progress into LuV without my Large Steam power...
