Description:
Server crashes right before finishing starting

Expected Behavior:
Server to start with no issues

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Install forge server
2. Paste mods, config, scripts, and resource folder into server directory
3. Attempt to start server

fixed it by deleting all non essential files and folders

Looks to me like an error reading or writing from the save file. Not sure what you mean by "non essential files and folders" since everything in the server zip is essential. Deleting the save folder if the data in it was corrupt would generate a new world, so hopefully that's what you meant.
