ProjectIntelligence fails to open in-game book "Draconic Evolution Information Tablet"

Description:
When trying to open the in-game book "Draconic Evolution Information Tablet" the mod ProjectIntelligence gives me an error message, instead of opening the book.
Also; when I try to download that manifest.json in my browser, it loads what seems to be the correct content. So I think the connection from my pc to pi.brandon3055.com works ok

Expected Behavior:
I expect the Draconic Evolution book to open.

Hold the "Draconic Evolution Information Tablet" in your hand, and right click to open.

But there is no documentation avalible for this mod.

With that said, you are playing on an old version of that pack which lacks mitigation for the underlying problem, which - while you haven't specified as such - I can reasonably guess is due to you using Curse launcher.
That launcher uses a bundled, obscenely-out-of-date version of Java 8 from 2015 that has long-expired SSL certificates, which prevent it from connecting to HTTPS websites. This makes it impossible for Project Intelligence to download the documentation manifest, which tells the mod what documentation is available and where to download it from (which are also on HTTPS websites).
I would recommend using a launcher without this shortcoming (such as PolyMC or Prism), and providing an up-to-date Java 8 runtime for that launcher to use. You can find Java 8 JRE here: Java 8 Downloads. If you're using Windows you'll probably want the .msi installer on this page, but other options are available there as well.
Yep, I'm using CurseForge. Apologies for not using the proper tracker, and many thanks for the information. I'll give Prism a go. :D
