the progression of conduits is a bit off since 1.7

Lumium and Signalum were available at the same time in 1.6 sure and at 1.7 its unlocked at the same time too
1.6 its available right at EV

End steel in available at MV, 32k RF/t, lumium/signalum is available upon obtaining an IV hatch 3 tiers higher than MV
crafting Osmium, iridium, HPIC, cutting HPIC and crafting IV hatches alone are 8k EU/t, which i at max can only have 3 of those running at a time and need 1 conduit connected per machine basically

All in all its not an issue, if its intended then its perfectly fine, its just a shame lumium conduit is skipped entirely from any use

theres a ton of ways i can go about it like using Vibrant or Advanced capacitor banks as conduits that just get stronger the longer it gets
or 1 big bank and use RF/p2p on ever converter (which im going to do till i get hv hatch)

its not an issue but i just thought it might have been an oversight since the ebf's dont actually overclock tier crafting, but only how fast it crafts
