So I just started playing and like everyone completed the genesis quest, but for some reason other quest requiring the completion of genesis don't see genesis as completed, i've tried reseting the quest and recompleting it but it didn't work, so what do i do now?

This should be in https://github.com/tracer4b/nomi-ceu, not the main NF repo.
But also, try /bq_admin default load and /bq_admin edit off
