Looks like the configs are set up for elenai dodge to have no requirements, which means the "Lightweight" enchant is useless. Not sure if it's possible to disable those using crafttweaker or whatever, but probably good to turn them off. Maybe through the use of item stage, and just set the enchantment to an unobtainable stage?

I plan to balanced ALL armor in the next months, and that includes looking into Elenai Dodge to make it more impactful inside the gameplay loop. I will edit the title of the issue to make this eventual(tm) change clear.
