The Spawner spawns to low. The result is that it takes a bit of time for the Bug Pokemon to start spawning, and it's less Impressive

Bug Fix Implemented. Redstone and structural block appeared to be reversed. Fix untested. If incorrect, could result in bedrock being destroyed.
