There's a lovely tiny mod named [SBM] Bone Torch and I want to include it.

However, because there are so many Pokemon who have their spawning effected by torches, and because they will need to be updated to work with the bone torch, this is a mildly tedious affair and more than just clicking on the mod to install it.
