I gave retrograde misdreavus the ability to evolve into Fluttermane, but forgot to give Fluttermane the ability to breed.

Currently will produce regular misdreavus. more testing to produce retrograde misdreavus

Retrograde form added to fluttermane so it can produce retrograde misdrevus children. This will be fully solved in 1.1.3. Additionally, fluttermane and misdreavus's retrograde form have done some tm-sharing, and their move lists now more closely align with one another.

Note, if you already have a non-retrograde flutterman, you can use the in game poke edit tool to change it to form:retrograde.
